Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original packaging.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
